International Pediatric Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Symposium (PMSKUS) Register

This two-day program is designed for professionals interested in using point of care (POC) musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKUS) in the pediatric population. With the extensive experience of the faculty, the program is intended for both the beginner and the advanced. The intended audience includes pediatricians, sports medicine providers, orthopedic providers, rheumatologists, emergency medicine providers, advanced practice providers, urgent care providers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, chiropractors and sonographers.
Course Directors
This engaging program will cover foundational topics including ultrasound physics and knobology as well as principles in using POCUS to diagnose common conditions seen in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine, orthopedic and rheumatology practices. Multidisciplinary faculty will provide didactic lectures alternating with sessions for hands-on skills practice with child and teen models. A variety of approaches to learn and practice joint evaluations and ultrasound guided interventions will be provided.
Program capacity is limited to 28 participants. This will provide an optimal ratio of learners with instructors and equipment. Course credit information is not yet available or guaranteed.
Registration fee $1000
Breakfast, lunch and snacks will be provided.
